The Stress Relief Body Treatment Program
This program focuses on stress relieving Pilates movements, breathing exercises, and Qi Gong techniques to improve and distribute energy for spiritual and internal health. The QiGong movements are focused, energy lifting, and relaxing. 16 Sessions. $699

Plank N Pilates
My Plank N Pilates© program is a compilation of a three part series.
Module 1 - Beginner (6 Months): The Beginner module covers beginner Pilates sessions intertwined with short time planking in between movements. This includes breathing techniques, alignment, and all of the pilates principles along with core awareness exercises using a mat only.
Module 2 - Beginner Plus (6 Months): The Beginner Plus module will follow the same path as the beginner module but with added Pilates equipment such as the Pilates Circle, and resistance band. Planking sessions will be slightly increased.
Module 3 - Advanced Beginner - Intermediate (6 Months): The Advanced Beginner - Intermediate module will include increased focus on strength building, balance, core awareness and precise movement. Planking sessions will be increased for further strengthening and alignment. A stability ball will be used for enhancement for most of the sessions in this module.
